
Here is a Diet chat that can be followed by post covid recovery as explained by Sudhanshu Wellness Coach (Post Covid Recovery Diet Plan)
EARLY MORNING
2 Glass of water with pinch of Kali mirch + soaked 5 almonds + 2 munacca, you can then have tea if you want – add ginger + tulsi in it
BREAKFAST
Dal cheela / sprouts + toast / stuff roti with ghiya + Aloo/ vegetable Dalia + Dali / up-ma with veggies + small glass buttermilk (room temp.)
MID MORNING
2 Seasonal fruit + handful of makhana or chana / small bowl of kala chana / 1 k paneer bhurji / egg bhurji
LUNCH
2 Millet / oat / bran / jowar roti + sabzi + salad / moong or any light Dal + rice + salad / khichdi + dahi / have lot of ghiya / Tori / tinda
EVENING
Tea / coffee / hot milk + 2-3 protein biscuit / ragi biscuits / chana
DINNER
More of Dal / paneer / chicken / soya + small roti / rice / quinoa
BED TIME
Small cup haldi + Kali mirch milk + 4 almonds + 1 spoon chavanparash
