7 day diet plan for weight loss is very easy, just change your food habits in jest 7 days

*****MORNING****

  1. Drink Fresh Water
  • 1-2 glass of plain/Luke-warm water early morning would clean your whole Digestive system

Breakfast (7:30 am to 8:am)

  • 4 pis. brawn brad+ Peanut butter , 4 eggs boil, 0ats, daliya, Con-flex with milk , poha (any one) our breakfast should have 15 gm protein. (This 7 day diet plan will have to be daily for you to loss weight)
  • Drink 2 glass of water after 1 hour of breakfast.

Around 12 Noon – Take Almonds (3-4) & Walnut (3-4 kernels)

****AFTERNOON****

  1. Take Colorful Lunch (1:30 – 2:00 PM) (7 day diet plan Meal)
  • Salad: 1 small plate full with Carrot, Cucumber, Tomato, Radish, Onion
  • Dal: 1 Big Bowl – without ghee, preferably whole(chilka) OR Rajma OR Chole OR Chicken (2-3 pics)
  • Green Vegetables – Big Bowl
  • Chapati (Multigrain Atta) – 1
  • Curd – Plain (without sugar / salt)
  • Drink 2 glass of water after 1 hour of Lunch.

****EVENING****

  1. Take light Snacks (5:30 to 6:00 PM)
  • Sprouts (1 Bowl) OR Bhuna Chana (50 – 100 gm) OR ldli (2-3) OR Moong Dal Chila (1-2) OR Roasted/ Boiled Chicken (2-3 pics) OR Boiled eggs (1-2)

2. UNABLE To Finish the Required Amount of Water per Day by 8 PM ?

  • You should not try to reach your water intake goals after 8PM, just forget it and try tomorrow.
  • Drinking NO Water or just a little bit of water after 8 PM is to avoid water retention in your body, which will result in gaining water weight.

****NIGHT****

  1. Drink 1 Glass Normal Water (7:45 to 8:30 PM)
  2. Dinner Should Be Light (8:30 to 9:00 PM)
  • Salad: 1 small plate full with Carrot, Cucumber, Tomato, Radish, Onion
  • Green Vegetables – Big Bowl
  • Chapati (Multigrain Atta) – 1-2
