Reason of Celebration of Indian Navy Day
Our Indian Navy had took daredevil action on Pakistani’s naval base Karachi also called as
Karachi Harbor on 4th December 1971, although we Indian Armed Forces policy is to never attack
first on any country as we world’s biggest democratic country so we value this but we also never sit hand
on hand if any body attack on our sovereignty.
So we commend our brave Naval soldiers, officers and Commandos and celebrate this as Indian Navy Day.
We can never fill the sacrifices done by our brave soldiers but we can remember them on this day
what they have done for us.
Our Western Naval Base , Mumbai bring their ships and sailors and open it for general public.
Also there is a Community service for the Indian Navy conducted by Naval Institute of Aeronautical
Technology from 24th November to 26th November at Good Hope Old Age Home.
